Ünlü doktoru öldüren uzman çavuş: Kendimi korumak için hedef gözetmeden ateş ettim

Denizli'nin Acıpayam ilçesinde, ameliyatlarıyla ünlü kadın hastalıkları ve doğum uzmanı Dr. Naim Ünsal'ı (63) tabancayla vurarak öldüren uzman çavuş Musa Aktaş'ın (28) ifadesinde, "Kendimi korumak amacıyla hedef gözetmeden ateş ettim" dediği ortaya çıktı.

Olay, 8 Nisan günü saat 14.00 sıralarında, Acıpayam İlçe Jandarma Komutanlığı karşısındaki at yetiştirilen arazide meydana geldi. Bir süre önce Konya Eğitim Araştırma Hastanesi'nden Denizli Acıpayam Devlet Hastanesi'ne atanan daha sonra buradan ayrılarak kentte kendi muayenehanesini açan ve doğuştan cinsel organı olmayanlara kalın bağırsaktan yaptığı vajina ameliyatlarıyla tanınan kadın hastalıkları ve doğum uzmanı Dr. Naim Ünsal ile uzman çavuş Musa Aktaş arasında tartışma çıktı. Kavgaya dönüşen olayda oto galericiyi tehdit ettiği iddiasıyla açığa alındığı belirtilen Aktaş, tabancasını çıkarıp, Dr. Ünsal'a ateş ederek, bacağından yaraladı.

 

YARALI HALDE PEŞİNDEN GİTTİ

Dr. Naim Ünsal'ın hobi olarak beslediği atlarına baktığı da belirtilen Musa Aktaş, daha sonra olay yerine geldiği 42 B 4447 plakalı otomobiline bindi. Yaralı halde peşinden gittiği Aktaş'ı otomobilinden indiren Ünsal, darbetmeye başladı. Bunun üzerine Aktaş, tekrar tabancasını peş peşe ateşledi. Ünsal, vücuduna isabet eden 6 mermiyle yaşamını yitirdi. Polisteki işlemlerinin ardından adliyeye sevk edilen Aktaş, çıkarıldığı hakimlikçe tutuklandı. Naim Ünsal'ın cenazesi, memleketi Konya'da toprağa verildi.

 

KAVGA 8 BİN LİRA YÜZÜNDEN ÇIKMIŞ

Soruşturma başlatan polis, cinayetin borç meselesinden işlendiğini belirledi. Musa Aktaş'ın, Dr. Naim Ünsal'a borç olarak verdiği 15 bin liranın 7 bin lirasını daha önce aldığı, kalan 8 bin lirayı istemek için geldiğinde de kavganın yaşandığı ortaya çıktı. Aktaş'ın, polisteki ifadesinde ise olayın borç meselesinden kaynaklandığını belirterek, "Bana saldırdı. İlk olarak bacaklarına ateş ettim. Yere düştükten sonra tekrar kalkıp, yine saldırdı. Boğazımı sıkıp, beni öldürmeye çalıştı. Kendimi korumak amacıyla hedef gözetmeden ateş ettim. Meydana gelen bu olaydan dolayı pişmanım" dediği belirtildi.
