Tabip Odalarının derdi 'anadilde sağlık' mı?

Diyarbakır Tabip Odası (DTO), Toplum ve Hekim Dergisi, Sağlık ve Sosyal Hizmet Emekçileri Sendikası (SES) Diyarbakır Şubesi, “Dr. İlhan Diken Mezopotamya Halk Sağlığı Günleri” düzenledi. Bir otelde gerçekleştirilen sağlık günlerine, Türk Tabipler Birliği (TTB) Merkez Konsey üyeleri, SES yöneticileri, Demokratik Toplum Kongresi (DTK) Eşbaşkanı ve HDP Hakkari Milletvekilli Leyla Güven, HDP Diyarbakır Milletvekilli Saliha Aydeniz katıldı. Diyarbakır Tabip Odası herkese eşit, ücretsiz ve 'anadilinde' sağlık için mücadele çağrısı yaptı .

“Sağlıkta Bölgesel ve Bölge İçi Eşitsizlikler” konusunda konuşan Prof. Dr. Onur Hamzaoğlu, kayyumların görevden attığı belediye eşbaşkanlara selam gönderdi.

HDP Milletvekilli Saliha Aydeniz de bölgede 90’lı yıllarda yapılan aşılarda ortaya çıkan SSPE hastalığını hatırlatarak, bunun sağlık eşitsizliğinden kaynaklandığını söyledi.

Etkinliğin ikinci günü “Anadil ve Sağlık” paneli ile başladı.

Diyarbakır Tabip Odası Başkanı Mehmet Şerif Demir, Sağlığın anadilde yapılması gerektiğini belirterek bu yolda yıllarca mücadele verdiklerini belirtti.

'BU YANLIŞTAN VAZGEÇİN'

Diyarbakır'da gerçekleştirilen bu panele doktorların tepkisi büyük oldu. 2008-2010 Antalya Tabip Odası Başkanı Dr. Selçuk Koçlar, sosyal medya hesabından "anadilde sağlık hizmeti" talebine şekilde tepki gösterdi:

"TTB Diyarbakır 'da Dr. İlhan Diken Mezopotamya halk sağlığı günleri yaptı. Bu toplantının ikinci gününün gündemi anadilde sağlık hizmetiydi.
TTB yıllardır anadilde yani milleti oluşturan etnik milliyetlerin dillerinde sağlık hizmeti verilmesini savunuyor.
Peki bu savunu sağlık ortamını daha sağlıklı yapacak bir öneri mi?
Antalya'da yaşıyoruz. Devlette çalışıyoruz.
Diyelim ki beşbin veya yüzbin kişi 'ben Kürtçe sağlık hizmeti istiyorum' diyor.
Diyor mu acaba?
Nasıl olacak?
Gerçekçi mi?
Bu tarz yaklaşımlar tarihsel olarak hep bölünme ayrışma ve kargaşa ile sonuçlandı.
Ben Mustafa Kemal Atatürk'ün 'Türkiye Cumhuriyeti'ni kuran Türkiye halkına Türk milleti denir' tanımının yolum olduğunu ,anadil adı altıda emperyalist kuvvetlerin savunularının yanlış olduğunu, bölünmeye hizmet ettiğini söylüyor, TTB'yi bu yanlıştan vazgeçmeye çağırıyorum."

NE OLMUŞTU?

Önceki yıllarda da tartışma konusu olan Mezapotamya günlerinde İkinci Mezopotamya Tıp Günleri Kongresi, TTB öncülüğünde 14-16 Ekim 2010'da Diyarbakır’da düzenlendi. Kongrenin amacı, dönemin Kongre Başkanı Dr. Selçuk Mızraklı tarafından “Kürt ulusal kimliğinin daha belirgin ve güçlü hale gelmesi, uluslaşmada bir basamak daha yukarı çıkılması, dünyanın özgür ve eşit ulusları arasında Kürtlerin yerini alması” olarak duyuruldu.

Selçuk Mızraklı geçtiğimiz günlerde Diyarbakır Büyükşehir Belediye Başkanlığı görevinden yerine kayyum atanarak alınmış ve terör örgütüne destek suçundan tutuklanmıştı.

SEMPOZYUMA ADI VERİLEN DR. İLHAN DİKEN KİMDİR?

2008 – 2010 yılları arasında TTB Merkez Konsey Üyeliği ile Toplum ve Hekim Dergisi Yayın Kurulu üyeliği yaptı. 1990’lı yılların başında yaralı bir PKK’lıyı tedavi etmekten yardım ve yataklık suçlaması ile 3 yıl 9 ay ceza alıp Diyarbakır, Adıyaman ve Gölbaşı cezaevlerinde hapis yattı. İlhan Diken 19 Haziran 2014’te kalp krizi sonucu hayatını kaybetti. Diken, Özgür Gündem gazetesinde köşe yazarıydı.
