İtalyan doktor Medikritik'e konuştu: İşte İtalya'da son durum

Türkiye'deki Koronavirüs mücadelesi son hızla devam ederken diğer ülkelerdeki durumlardan haberdar olmak da büyük önem kazandı. Biz de medikritik.com olarak İtalya'daki sağlık çalışanı meslektaşlarımızla ropörtaj yaptık. Ropörtajı yaptığımız İtalyan doktor, hükümetin basına demeç vermeyi yasaklamasından ötürü isminin yer almasını istemedi. Biz de buna özen göstererek yayınlıyoruz.

  1. Doktorları ve sağlık personelini korumak için kullanılan araç ve gereçler nelerdir?

Koronavirüs acil durumundan önce tüm hastaları ziyaret etmek için steril olmayan eldivenler giyerdik.

Günümüzde şüpheli olmayanlar için yüz maskeleri ve şüpheli olanlar için tamamen koruyucu kit ekledik. Buna N95 maskesi, tulum, bone, ayakkabı kılıfı ve koruyucu gözlük dahildir.

  1. Şu ana kadar doktorlar da dahil olmak üzere kaç sağlık personeli görevini yerine getirirken enfekte oldu?

Beş gün önce İtalya Ulusal Tıbbi Emirler Federasyonu'ndan alınan veriler, 12 binden fazla sağlık çalışanının koronavirüs ile enfekte olduğunu, 94 doktorun ve 26 hemşirenin öldüğünü söyledi.

  1. Hastanelerin kapasitesi duruma hizmet etmek için yeterli mi?

Hangi şehirden bahsettiğimize bağlı. En çok etkilenen İtalyan bölgeleri (Bergamo, Milano, Piacenza, Pesaro…) ihtiyaçlar için yeterli yatak ve donanıma sahip değildi. En azından salgının başlangıcındaki gerçek buydu. Ancak, haftalar içinde, bu hastaneler kapasitesini hızla artırdı. Çin'de olduğu gibi, özellikle COVID hastaları için yeni hastaneler inşa edildi. Diğer şehirler de baştan beri mevcut enerjileriyle zorlukların üstesinden gelmeyi başardılar.

Tüm İtalya'da hastane bölümlerinin şüpheli COVID'ye adanmış bölümlere, yatan COVID hastalarına adanmış bölümlere ve kesinlikle COVID olmayan hastalara adanmış bölümlere ayrıldığını söyleyebilirim. Tüm acil durum noktalarında, kılavuzlarda belirtildiği gibi, “kirli” yollar ve “temiz” yollar bulunur.

Sadece kuzey büyük şehirlerinde tamamen COVID hastalarına ayrılmış hastaneler vardır.
